Episode #172: What if That Happened

November 21st, 2015
Many movies are just flights of fancy, but sometimes they make you wonder about possible events in the world.  Each of the movies this week seem really far-fetched, but they all have a spark of possibility & some real questions to pose for how humanity behaves.
You can always ask what if this story was real, but the layers within these stories are essay-worthy in the amount of dirt they can dig up (please be sure to credit the Cinema Triforce if you use one of these for your thesis).
As always, if you feel like there are other films that stir your brain like this, tell us about them:  cinemasluts@gmail.com.  OR  cinema triforce on Facebook.
Kevin Smith probably releases the most bonus material of anyone.  Here is the best deleted scene from Dogma:  Muse song

Episode #171: The Godfrey Shuffle

November 7th, 2015

Guest Host:  Godfrey

Oh what a treat for you this week!  As we hope to shed light on you about movies you may have missed or avoided, some of our friends do that for us also.  Godfrey is just such a friend and we are glad to feature him this episode to discuss movies he brought before the mostlymighty Triforce.  The variety of style and feel between these 3 movies is also pretty novel, so you don't have to deal with just horror or just drama (for those who watch everything we suggest - and hey: thanks!!)

Enjoy as we add another host to the Triforce family.  And fear not, citizens!  We're gonna get Chris' smooth buttery voice back online pretty soon.  Meantime, you can listen to the rest of our archive while you wait (after listening to this week's show, of course).  He's on a lot of those!
Here's a link for the Beyonce mashup to answer why I put that other song under the episode:  Beyonce mashup.
