Episode #168: Post Traumatized Sluts

August 29th, 2015

It's one "crazy" episode this week as Chris and guest-star Dani (his wife) jump on their little gas powered scooter and navigate the side streets of the human psyche.  Now, while Sandler has indeed garnered accolades for his stellar performance in PTA's Punch Drunk Love, few know of this week's gem.

Considering the lackluster trailer that the studio put out for this (making it look like a silver medal'd re-awokened bromance, rather than the real deal it is), we're not surprised that most people didn't get a chance to screen it.  Luckily for you all, we snatched it off the dusty DVD shelf and delved deep to deliver a stark, appreciatory episode. We hope you have as much fun listening as we did recording.

After These Messages, We’ll be - Right Back

August 22nd, 2015

Hail & good morrow avid listeners,

This past week has indeed been a rough one on account of a death in the Cinema Triforce family.

On account of this, we will regretfully be unable to deliver an episode this week.
We thank you all so much for your understanding & consideration and encourage you all to make those calls, take those trips, & figure out a holiday visit if you miss a year or two.

Let everyone that you love, know it, for all we have is each other.
Here are a few movies that Matt only watched because Mom insisted:
Thank you all so much.

Episode #167: Multi-verse I’d Rather Watch

August 8th, 2015
If we aren't looking at our phones, we're looking at our watches.  Need more time?  How about another lifetime?  These movies provide different looks & styles for doing it all over again.  Length, cost, level of excitement or confusion:  all of these can make you love or hate stuff like this.  Each of the 2 discussed has its own approach to the concept of reincarnation or simultaneous choices.  You get to see the path not taken in addition to that other one...  What were we sayin'?

Just watch 'em - love 'em, hate 'em; just make sure you see them to find out how they affect you.

Which of these two titans is the darkest timeline (link)  ?

Here is a site for our friend Jeffrey Veregge (amazing tribal comic & pop art)

Music Lovers:  Here is the whole song for Speed Racer we used
covered by Stan Bush (The Touch, Dare, Bloodsport Theme).

Drinking game fans:  Mr Nobody - Every time there is a single
leaf shown.  Cloud Atlas - Every scene with Hugo Weaving.  If that
seems like too much, go with Keith David..
